All dogs are checked over before we groom, to ensure we are aware of any warts or minor injuries.  We also check nose, ears, eyes and mouth and will alert you to anything unusual, If your dog is being treated by the vet, get clearance before you book, and please ensure vaccinations are up to date.

We always do our best to put dogs at ease and we are known for our patient and caring handling.  Water is always available in reception, and your dog will be taken out briefly if necessary.

Most clients leave their dogs with us, but occasionally wish to stay. If so, drinks are available in reception and you can see us grooming from there.

Micro Chipping
Micro Chipping is the best means of identifying the a lost or stolen dog.  The unique number in the chip is registered, with your details, pet-I D database.
 We only use top quality chips, coated with Parylene C to prevent rejection and to speed up the bonding process with the tissues
